Meet the Clan – at Clan Care, people come first.
Our team brings together many years of experience across social care, children’s residential care, education, and leadership. We have worked within a wide range of settings and alongside local authorities, professionals and most importantly, children and young people — and through that journey, we have seen what works well, and what doesn’t.
Clan Care was created because we wanted to do things differently — and do them better.

An experienced social care and education leader with over 30 years’ senior leadership experience across highly regulated environments. She has held executive and commercial director roles within national children’s residential care, specialist education, and therapeutic services, and has a strong track record of building sustainable, high-quality provision rooted in children’s needs.
An experienced estates and property leader with over 10 years’ experience in the children’s residential care sector. He has led estate strategy, property acquisition, and development across regulated environments, with a strong focus on creating high-quality homes that support safe, stable, and therapeutic care.
Driven by a commitment to children’s wellbeing and emotional safety, he co-founded Clan Care to ensure that children’s homes are designed around what truly matters to young people. He believes that consistent, well-designed environments are fundamental to therapeutic care and positive outcomes, and works closely with care, safeguarding, and operational teams to ensure homes are compliant, sustainable, and places where children can genuinely feel at home.
An ACCA-qualified finance professional with over eight years’ experience supporting growing organisations across a range of sectors. He has held finance roles across international clinical research, publicly listed companies, and education technology, including experience working overseas.
After starting his career in larger corporate settings, he chose to focus on supporting SMEs and start-ups, working closely with leadership teams to build strong financial foundations and support sustainable growth. Through this work — including supporting residential care providers — he developed a real appreciation for the difference well-run services make to people’s lives.
Motivated by a desire to contribute to meaningful work, he joined Clan Care to support an organisation focused on doing the right thing for children. He believes thoughtful, responsible financial management helps create the stability that allows both children and teams to thrive.
