The Thrive Learning Pathway
At Clan Care, we recognise that every child’s educational journey is unique.
Many of the young people we support have experienced disruption in education, gaps in learning, or environments where they did not feel safe enough to succeed. Our role is to provide a different experience — one where children feel supported, understood, and able to achieve.
Through our Thrive Learning Pathway, each child receives a bespoke programme tailored to their individual needs, strengths, interests, and aspirations. We do not expect children to fit into a rigid system; instead, we adapt education to meet them where they are, helping them rebuild confidence and rediscover a belief in their own abilities.
Programmes may include a blend of:
- Academic learning and qualifications
- Vocational and life-skills development
- A mix of classroom, at home or online learning – whatever works
- Therapeutic and relationship-based support
- Outdoor and experiential learning
- Transition pathways into further education, training, or employment
