At Clan Care, we believe that the wellbeing of our team is inseparable from the wellbeing of the children and young people we support, and this informs everything we do for our People.
We chose our company name purposefully. The word Clan means family — a group of people connected by shared values, belonging and mutual support. This sits at the heart of who we are.
We provide therapeutic residential care and education for children and young people who have experienced adversity and need stability, belonging and hope. We know that relationships create change — and that the adults supporting children need the right environment to thrive too.
